Book a consultation

Concierge

The clinic comes to you.

The same consultation and the same doctor, at your home or hotel rather than on the King’s Road.

Concierge visits are priced by location and time; ask on WhatsApp for a quote before you book.

How it works

Three steps, each with Dr Munroe.

Dr Munroe Concierge offers doctor-led aesthetic treatments at home across central and west-central London. Dr Tiffany Munroe, a surgeon and aesthetic doctor trained at Imperial College London, provides private home and hotel appointments for every treatment on the clinic’s menu, including anti-wrinkle treatments, dermal fillers, polynucleotides and Profhilo, by arrangement.

01

A short conversation

Message or call and we’ll talk through what you have in mind, where you are and when suits. New patients have a consultation first, which can take place at home.

02

The consultation

At your home or hotel, at the same length and with the same care as at the clinic on the King’s Road.

03

Back to your day.

Your consultation or treatment is completed as agreed, and you carry on with your day in the comfort and discretion of your own space.

In the bag

The clinic, packed.

Dr Munroe brings what the appointment needs and nothing more, with the same safety equipment she keeps at the clinic. Notes are kept to the same standard as at the clinic, in the clinic’s records system.

which treatments can be carried out at home?

All of the clinic’s treatments can be arranged at home: anti-wrinkle treatments, dermal fillers across the face, polynucleotides, Profhilo, Celora Vita, BabyGLOW, microneedling with exosomes and the collagen biostimulators Sculptra and Juläine. Some need a little more space and time than others, which is planned in advance. Dr Munroe treats at home only where she is satisfied the setting is appropriate.

where are Dr Munroe Concierge appointments available?

Home visits cover central London and the western parts of inner London: Chelsea, Kensington, Belgravia, Knightsbridge, Fulham, Notting Hill, Marylebone, Mayfair and the areas around them, together with hotels across central London. Further afield is sometimes possible by arrangement; ask when you get in touch.

can Dr Munroe visit my hotel in London?

Yes. Hotel appointments are available across central London for guests who would like a consultation or treatment during a stay. A quiet room with good light is all that is needed. Please let us know the hotel and your dates when you get in touch.

how much does a private home appointment cost?

Treatments are charged at clinic prices, from the current price list, plus a home visit fee that depends on your location and the time of day. Send us where you are and when suits, and we’ll confirm the fee before anything is booked, so there is nothing unexpected on the day. Consultations are redeemable against treatment in the usual way.

can friends or partners be treated during the same visit?

Yes, and a single visit fee covers the household, so friends, partners or family can be seen in the same visit. Each person has their own consultation, consent and records, as they would at the clinic, and the appointment is planned so that everyone has the time they need.

discretion.

Appointments are private by nature. Dr Munroe arrives alone, in ordinary clothes, with a single case. No photographs are used publicly without separate written consent, and your records are held in the clinic’s medical records system, not on paper left behind.

who it isn’t for.

Anyone whose medical history suggests a clinic setting is more appropriate, or a first treatment where Dr Munroe would rather you were seen at the clinic. She will say so at the first conversation, and the clinic on the King’s Road is always available instead.

Request

Invite the clinic in.

Suitability is decided in consultation, not online. Message us with where you are and what you have in mind, and Dr Munroe will reply to arrange a time for the clinic to come to you.
